Sepideh Kohn holds a Ph.D. degree in Easter Medicine and science, as well as a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received an Honors Achievement Award for Excellent patient care & treatment during her internship.

She is Board Certified by the sate of California to practice Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.  

She’s been practicing Acupuncture since 2010. She worked with a Neurologist as the acupuncturist on his pain management team for 3 years.

She was also the acupuncturist for an Outpatient Clinic for 5 years. In addition she’s been running a private practice in Santa Monica.

 Her extensive training and clinical experience allows her to offer health care that is customized according to the individual’s specific needs, reaching for optimum physical, mental, and emotional health.

Her core value as a healthcare provider is to give each patient full personal attention, understand their condition, and apply appropriate treatments. Her love for this ancient practice of medicine comes from her own personal belief of a holistic treatment is one the patient benefits the most from… in order to treat various physical, mental and emotional conditions, to alleviate pain, reduce anxiety, increase energy, ease symptoms of disease, and give the immune system a boost to encourage the body to promote natural healing and improve function, you must look at a body as a whole, an energy system in which body and mind are unified, each influencing and balancing the other. Sepideh (aka Sepi) uses this approach for all her patients. 

When Sepi is not being a dedicated acupuncturist, she enjoys spending time with her loving husband and sweet daughters at the beach, bike riding, playing volleyball, and loves cooking for her family.
